$95 per state, per year. $250 once to set up.

One flat price for each state on your list. It covers the registration or renewal, the deadline tracking and the paperwork, every year.

What the $95 covers

Preparing and filing that state’s registration or annual renewal, including the financial report the state asks for.
Extension requests where the state allows them and your audit is not ready.
Collecting the officer signatures that state requires, through the annual packet or the state’s own signature email.
Tracking the deadline and filing before it.
Paying the state fee for you and passing it through at cost.
The filed copy and the state’s receipt, sent to you when the filing is accepted.

The $250 setup and takeover fee

Charged once. We collect your documents, set up or take over your accounts on each state’s filing system, move your history over from your previous filer if you had one, and build your filing calendar.

Just one state lapsed: $295, one time

If a registry shows one of your states as expired or past due and the rest are in order, we renew that state for $295, one time. We collect what the state needs, file the renewal and its financial report, and send you the filed copy and the receipt. No annual commitment, and the state’s fee is billed at cost.

If you then want us to take over all your states, the $295 comes off your first bill, as long as you start within 60 days. You get a credit code when you pay.

The one-time fix covers a single missed renewal. A registration that is delinquent, suspended or revoked, or several missing years, is catch-up work and is quoted separately.

State fees

Each state’s registration or renewal fee, at cost, billed when we file. They range from $0 to over $1,000 depending on the state and your revenue. Each state guide lists its fee.

Catch-up and reinstatement

Missing past years, delinquent, suspended or revoked registrations, and states that list you as unable to operate. Quoted in writing before we start. Request a quote.

More than one entity

The price above is for one legal entity. A foundation, a supporting organization or a chapter with its own EIN is priced separately.

Your audit

Audited or reviewed financial statements come from your CPA. We file them; we don’t prepare them.

How billing works

You pay the setup fee and the first year when you start. The per-state fee renews each year on the same date, for the states on your list. To add or drop a state, tell us before your renewal date and the next year’s bill changes to match. If you add a state partway through the year, we confirm the charge with you before we file there.

The fee is flat. It is never a percentage of donations and never depends on how much you raise.
