The free registration check uses public records only: the IRS Form 990 e-file data the IRS publishes, and the public registries of California, Colorado, Connecticut, the District of Columbia and Ohio. Searching does not ask for any personal information.

When you fill in a form, start checkout or send documents, we keep what you send so we can answer you and make your filings. We use it for nothing else, and we don’t sell it or share it except with the states we file with for you. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

To have your information deleted, email hello@charityrenewals.com. We keep filing records a state or tax law requires us to keep.
